Shipping
If your order is broken in transit, we will replace the breakage(s). Just email a photo of the piece as it was received to info@socialniceties.com within 6 days of receiving your order.

Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be post-marked within 5 days of requesting a return. To request a return please email us at info@socialniceties.com with your order number. You will be refunded for the amount of your order minus any original shipping fees. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Please be sure to pack the piece safety. Unfortunately if we receive the piece back damaged or broken we will not be able to issue a refund.
